Can't tell from pics what plants you have - can you post names? Suspect all can stay in pond overwinter but will need cutting back. Lilies certainly stay in, just (gently) pull off leaves/stalks as they start to 'go over'.

It's evergreen so don't cut back, just take off any dead leaves in autumn. Never had one but they're hardy so should be ok to overwinter in pond - if I'm wrong and it snuffs it, let me know and I'll replace!!

^ They are very hardy. I had one that dried up. I threw it into my nature pond and it grew back. Should be ok to just leave it. If you do get any decay, just trim off.

Has anyone ever succesfully overwintered water hyacinth? I have failed using different methods.

yes, vase in house with frequent water changes and good ventilation, as prone to fungal rot, single plant per container helps, as if one goes over it does not take the rest out

A vase? As in what you put flowers in?

Where is the best place to put the vase? In a window? In a warm room?

in a warm bright room, vase, was for aesthetics, but a icecream tub would work,
