Equisetum Hymale
See these....
Equisetum Hymale -
I put some of these in a floating basket. They weren't doing very well. I thought they were dead. Then i noticed some tiny shoots growing off a stem that was drooping in the water.

Not only that but there appears to be the ghost of a gorrilla holding the branch !
Should i just leave it be? Or cut them off and put them in a seperate basket so they don't get munched/crunched by the koi?

Aaaah well. They've gone now so either the koi or the gorrila got to them first.
